We read every message, but we can't provide one-on-one repair diagnosis. For urgent problems such as leaks, burning smells, or electrical issues, unplug the appliance and contact a qualified technician.

What to include

• The brand and the full model number (from the sticker, not the box)
• The exact code, including any letters, dashes or dots
• What the appliance was doing when the code appeared
• Which steps from our guide you have already tried

Corrections

If a guide was wrong for your model, tell us which page and what you saw. We check every report against the manufacturer's information and update the page.
