About Frigidaire dishwasher error codes

Frigidaire is an American appliance brand owned by the Swedish Electrolux Group. Frigidaire codes are usually shown on the display panel, and some models report faults through blinking lights instead.

How to read Frigidaire dishwasher codes

Display models show a short code such as i20 or PF in the status window. Basic models with no numeric display flash their indicator lights in a pattern instead, and those patterns are covered on this page too.

Most codes clear when you press Cancel (or Start/Cancel), or when you switch off the breaker for about 5 minutes. A plug-in unit can be unplugged for a few minutes instead. If a code comes straight back after that, Frigidaire's advice is to call its customer care line or book service, and the model number on the label at the edge of the door will speed that up.

Of the 11 codes on this page, 5 usually have a simple fix you can do yourself, and 4 usually need a technician. Each guide says which is which, so you don't pay for a service call you don't need, and you don't attempt a repair that isn't safe.
