Samsung Washer 9C1 Error Code
Power supply voltage error on Samsung washers.
SamsungAll Samsung washer codes
The electricity reaching the washer is unstable or out of range, for example a supply voltage that's too low. Extension cords, shared circuits, brownouts or a washer built for another country's voltage are the common causes. PF on its own means the power was cut during a cycle, for example by unplugging or a tripped breaker.

How to fix Samsung 9C1
Plug directly into the wall
Take out any extension cord or power strip and plug the washer straight into a properly grounded outlet.
Give it a dedicated circuit
The washer shouldn't share a circuit with heavy loads such as a dryer, space heater or freezer. If you're not sure, a licensed electrician can check.
Power-cycle the washer
Do the 2 to 3 minute power cut from the top of the page and see whether 9C1 stays away on the next cycle.
When to call a technician
9C1 continuing with the washer on its own outlet and circuit calls for a technician or electrician to check the outlet voltage and the washer's control board.
